My degree is now over. No more student life. Time to start making a name for myself. I have a lot of time to get this up and running now and that is what I intend to do. This company has a lot of hope and a lot of people are excited. Its all set and ready to go, just need the money. End of the summer and we will be fully functional. I can feel it.

Incredible graffiti i saw in Italy.

THis was one of the sicest pieces I have seen in a long time. It was huge, all these pieces strung together. Hopefully we will be able to get some artists like this to do some heavy pieces for our tees.

Obey Clothing is a street wear label that started in 1989 and has slowly risen to become a global brand under the guidance of street artist Shepard Fairey. Obey started as a street art movement which started when Shepard came up with a sticker design featuring legendary WWF wrestler Andre the Giant. The "Andre The Giant Has A Posse" sticker was distributed around the world by skaters. In 2008 Obey released their Obey black and white range. A limited collection of the original Obey Giant logos and street art designs. As well as this a limited edition range of Obey progress t-shirts supporting the Obama presidential campaign in the USA. It just goes to show Obey are still making political statements through their propaganda after all these years.

Bikes 'n' Money

Check out this bike! so ghetto old skool. Man if I had the money I would snatch this up and roll down road like a badman. I really need to fix up one of the frames I have lying around at home.

Anyway, things are running quite slowly now. The excitement of setting up the company has faded, and now the hard work has kicked in. Along with the slow process of waiting for replies. We have been in contact with a few charities and some artists and are waiting to put together our first batch of t-shirts. It looks like we wont get started till at least the end of the summer, hopefully before the sun and heat goes. The funding we are applying for takes about 6 weeks to process, thats if we are even successful in the first stage.

What I have come to realise is that I am not going to let money stop my dream of setting up this company. I know this will succeed, and I will try as hard as I can to make it. Money is an obstacle, but it is one with many ways around. Well I better start filling out the forms and forcing people to take notice.

New Logo Design. so so so close now!

This is almost how we want the logo to look. It is very close to being the final design. Unfortunatly we have both been under a lot of work so have been unable to do anything to the logo for the past few weeks. Hopefully once everything calms down a bit we will be able to get everything back on track. Really want to try and get this company off the ground before the summer is over! We are just about to apply for funding so we will have to see how that goes. Hopefully we will get it otherwise I am not sure how we will get the money to start this up. Right need to get back to work. peace

Amanda Visell - incredible artist!

Amanda Visell is a super cool artist, her paintings are so cute and twisted. I actually bought a book of her paintings as a present for someone, but decided it would look better in my bookcase. I love the colour and style of her paintings, and the childlike images mixed with a subtle blend of twisted imagination. Would look cool on our clothing range!

This is an article about tatsuhiko "ryu" akashi CEO of Medicom. His office is amazing, and his toy collection is immense. I wish my room/office would look half as good as this. Medicom makes some of the coolest toys. It would defo be awesome to do a collab with them someway down the line. Well a long long way down the line. At least for now I can be happy with buying their pretty TOYSSSSS!

Pharell has sic style and i rate Ice Cream hard. They have the same style principles that ICU are trying to go for. Bright colours, cool graphics and mad characters. The only problem is how ridiculously expensive it is. Something that ICU will never be, we believe in high quality, stylish clothes for the right price. Enjoy!
